Casa Novo Amanha sits in landscaped gardens on a private development of executive villas, set in an area of unspoilt countryside only 10 mins from the sea. Among its many luxury features is a 5mx10m heated swimming pool with a revolutionary chemical free cleaning system and an electronic safety cover. There is gym, massage spa, sauna and two barbeque areas. A three-person lift to all levels makes it fully accessible to wheelchair users. This beautiful villa has many unique features and stands in one of the most desirable locations on the Vista Elite Resort in the sunny Algarve. It is well situated between the sea to the south and Cerro Azul (Blue Mountain) to the north. The villa is spacious with a surface area of 280m2 and a garden area of 1500m2. It features a large range of extras including a gym with treadmill, ‘multi-gym’, cycles and stepping machines. There is a games room with karaoke machine, pool table, chess, darts and an array of board-games. The landscaped gardens include a fascinating desert area and an orchard of citrus fruits (guests are invited to taste the fruit when ripe!). The heated pool with its stunning views becomes beautifully lit at night. There are four patio areas; the main bedroom has two patio areas, the upper pool area has a large patio area surrounding it with a BBQ near the kitchen and the lower patio area has the massage hot tub, Swedish sauna, shower and changing room. There is a second large BBQ and a bar area on this lower patio. The patio areas have tables, chairs and loungers. The villa has air conditioning and the pool has a solar heat pump. There is underfloor heating and a log burner in the upper lounge. The villa has solar panels for hot water. All linen is supplied including pool/beach towels for your use. A highchair and cot are available at no extra cost. The villa is totally user-friendly for guests with disabilities including a lift to all three floors, a shower room/wc with handrails and all areas are wheelchair accessible. The main bedroom has a large double bed and a single orthopaedic bed if the guests would like to use it and from its south-facing patio there are stunning views over protected countryside and towards the sea, which is about four miles to the south. The development is quiet and secluded. A car is advisable as the nearest shops are 3km away. The local village, Moncarapacho, is very pretty and has everything you need including a supermarket, pharmacy and excellent bars and restaurants. There is a huge local pottery with a pot oven that is still in use and is well worth a visit. There is beautiful church that holds Sunday Mass, and a small museum. There are many golf courses close by. Travel to the west about 20 km and you will find the Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses. To the east, within a 30min drive, is Benamor, Quinta de Cima, Quinta de Ria and the Castro Marim. The villa is half way between Faro airport and the Spanish border, so only about 35 minutes away there are a further 5 golf courses including the two at Ayamonte. Moncarapacho has a new 9 hole par 3 course including a driving range and putting green. Ideal for family use. Two complete sets of golf clubs are available for our guests at no extra charge (please mention at the time of booking if you wish to have use of these). The closest beach is 5km away in Fuseta, which has a wonderfully sandy beach. There are lovely sandy beaches to find all along the coast from Faro to the Spanish border. If you like beach life then Faro also has a grand beach area. Tavira beach is about 25 mins away and has been voted the 4th best beach in Europe (Telegraph June 2005). There are also taxi boats that will take you to the unspoilt island beaches where there are restaurants and bars. You can leave from Tavira, Olhao or Cabanas. Tavira, Faro and Olhao old towns are beautiful and are all worth a visit. Olhao, which is 20 mins from the villa, has a fresh fish and veg market every day except Sunday and you are able to buy locally caught fish. There are also Sunday flea-markets most weekends in some of the local villages - our villa manager will tell you when they will be if you ask. Our Villa Manager, Vanda, will be there to meet you on arrival and she will do her utmost to make your stay enjoyable. Car hire and/or collection at the airport can be arranged - please ask at the time of booking. On your arrival there are electric security gates that lead to a large carport. Access to the villa lift is available from this area. For the enjoyment of all visitors smoking in the villa is not permitted. Casa Novo Amanha is a great place to relax and wind down.
