Minthis Hills is a twenty minute drive to Paphos and a further ten minutes to the International Airport. Paphos sits in the south-west of the island and is the most popular area for overseas property investors due to its great facilities, friendly expat communities and access to a wide range of restaurants, tavernas, and bars.

It is an area steeped in history and the archaeological site near Kato Paphos was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980. The monumental underground tombs here are carved out perfectly of solid rock dating back to the early Hellenistic and Roman periods.

Given this rich heritage, the coastal city of Paphos has been chosen as the cultural capital of Europe for the year 2017.

Another feature is the subtropical Mediterranean climate, with the mildest temperatures on the island. The elevated and inland location will provide a welcome relief from the long hot summers.

This three-bedroom villa with one en-suite and one family bathroom is built in a very generous plot of 1,346 square metres providing privacy, peace and security. The building area is 155 square metres including terraces and a covered balcony of 16 square metres and an uncovered balcony of 70 square metres.

The three-bedroom off-plan properties are available in a range of styles - either Amalthia, Asteria, Artemis, Calista, Cleone or Maia.
