PROFESSIONAL RENTAL
The rental agreement is provided in written form in both Polish and, upon request, Polish-English versions. VAT invoices are issued, and our team ensures professional support and technical assistance throughout your stay.
COSTS
A flat-rate fee for utilities and administrative costs is 500 PLN per month (for one person), covering heating, hot and cold water, electricity, waste disposal, taxes, and fees. An additional person incurs a 200 PLN charge. A refundable deposit of 2500 PLN is required.
