This property has a spacious living room opening out onto a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. The apartment is in a prime location, right next to the Ciutadella Park and near Arc de Triomf. The beach is also just a short walk away, and you will find good public transport links nearby to travel around the city.
The price of the room includes all the expenses and services described later in this text. The minimum accepted rental stay is for 32 nights. Under any circumstances we do not take touristic stays. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging from 32 days to 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. The initial maximum duration of the contr
