Ho 2 camere matrimoniali per lasciare dentro la mia casa a Birmingham del sud. La casa è ben tenuta e della decorazione moderna. Ha una grande cucina, con un'area pranzante, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, etx di microonda. C'è un salone comune ed il bagno è diviso fra gli inquilini soltanto poichè ho miei propri. C'è un campo da golf nella parie posteriore della proprietà e di un parco nazionale 100 yarde dalla casa. C'è inoltre un canale individuato vicino vicino.

Sean is a very hospitable host, and made me feel comfortable and welcome, sharing the comforts of his home. The other guests also treated me with respect. The house is at the far end of the road, one mile from the main road, and from there a frequent bus service goes into the city centre. The locality is quiet, with a golf course at the end of the garden. My visit went well.

My stay at Sean has been brilliant. It was my first experience as a guest with Homestay and my first time ever in Birmingham and I truly enjoyed both! The room I stayed in was comfortable and the area was very quiet at night, allowing me to have a very good night rest. The bus stops were just a couple of minutes away from Sean's house, buses to B'ham Centre were frequent and it was very easy to get to B'ham's NEC due to an excellent bus and train network. I also have been very surprised and delighted to see how helpful and open minded the people in B'ham are, even with a foreign tourist struggling with the local accent... Sean and little Seamus (Sean's adorable wee dog) have been the perfect hosts and their place will be my first choice should I go back one day to B'ham! On the meantime, I wish them both all the best! Clean comfortable room, friendly, helpful host who didn't mind staying up late to check us in. Don't worry about the dog, he's small and friendly!

Very decent and most friendly host. Stayed in his home for 6 weeks. Sean was always on hand to assist with any requests. A little more attention to detail in kitchen is required , my room was excellent, just more attention to kitchen in all aspects and same in bathroom.

Estuve varios meses alojado en la casa de Sean. La habitacion es muy acogedora y confortable, la casa esta rodeada de reservas naturales, lo que es de agradecer en plena ciudad. Sean me ayudó en todo lo que pudo durante mi estancia en Birminghan, una gran persona.
