Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in bester Lage. Einziger kleiner Nachteil die noch ausstehenden Modernisierungen von Fenstern und splittriger Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich muss zugeben, dass insbesondere das Sofa sehr muffig und rauchig roch, sodass ich oder meine Kinder sich nur ungern/gar nicht darauf setzten. Die Küche ist für 4 Person gut ausgestattet. Betten sind bequem. Wohnraum ausreichend groß. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses ist jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Der Fußboden im Wohnbereich wurde vor kurzem erneuert. Die Holzdielen der Terrasse sind leider akut gefährlich! Insbesondere für Kinder! Lose Bretter, herausstehende Nägel und abgesplittertes Holz. So schade, wir mussten immer Schuhe tragen oder drinnen spielen. Dringender Überholungsbedarf aus unserer Sicht! Ein Grill fehlt leider, auch wenn es in der Beschreibung steht. Positiv war, dass das Haus eine Waschmaschine besitzt, ohne dass es in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Sie funktioniert, nur ist die Nutzung des Waschmittels defekt (Waschmaschine zieht sich kein Waschmittel trotzdem welches im Auszieher ist). Überragend ist selbstverständlich der super kurze Weg zum Strand. Erstes Haus hinter der Düne. Müllcontainerlehrungen haben uns gar nicht gestört. Jedoch würden wir das Haus aufgrund der oben beschriebenen Mängel nicht noch einmal buchen.
